Tamaran is one of those cards that you never quite see the potential for until you are face to face with it. This card is highly overlooked simply because no one sees a power-up as being enough of a boost. Now that ally powers are out, power-ups have become a little more note-worthy, but I don't see TT as being the almighty team-up team...they are strong enough on their own. Still Tamaran is a highly useful card for a TT deck. Red Star comes immediately to mind as a great way of using this card to its fullest potential. So while 4 are not needed in a TT build, 2 certainly wouldn't hurt.

Ratings
DCMA constructed - n/a
GA constructed - 2.5/5.0 ....This card can be useful, if played right...

Limited - 1.0/5.0 ...This card is only useful is you have plenty of TT to work with.

For titans, this is pretty good, discarding the top card is no problem if you have Garth <> Tempest, also, it's a location, so it is good, run it in teen titans might come in handy.

I’ve never made a serious Teen Titans deck because I didn’t want to jump the
bandwagon back then. I still haven’t.

Not much to say, I’ve never actually played this card. But I’ve played
against it and needless to say it did what is sought out to do. It powers up
Red Star and it drops a card for Garth to pick up later. Even so, a global
power-up to any character is pretty good.

Golden Age: Since I see it in every TT deck… 5/5
Overall: 5/5
