Unnatural
Alteration
Unnatural Alteration is one of my favorite
new cards from Part Two. It is a four cost one
Arcanist threshold tactic that allows you to
sacrifice a character you currently control to
search your deck for a character with the sacrificed
characters cost plus three.
This has a lot of potential. It turns a used Flaming
Barduse into a Torrential Bleeder. A 700l60x 3lf
with a Luterderm Prototype into a Micromajig
Shipping Container.
In Limited, this card can help you turn the tides in
your favor by allowing you to play a big character
much earlier than your opponent. In constructed, it
should be considered in all Arcanist hybrids, as
well as mono Arcanist decks.
