OKay, so I am a bit late this week.  Today we are going to do a couple of the new OR pieces we have been waiting for.  Lucien is a very solid piece, but nothing new.  He is a clone of Master Ti and Shado.  For 48 pts you are getting a solid HP, mediocre DEF, very nice attack, and base 20 DAM.  These are some solid stats for an OR meat piece.  Of course he has double attack, and he has duelist to help with his DEF, so he should usually have a 24 DEF (duelist or cover), which is pretty good.

He only starts with 1 force point, which blows as fast as you are going to burn through them.  It really makes a big difference haveing that starting 2 or 3 force points.  He has the full package of block, deflect and riposte.  Add in Master of the Force 2 and its pretty nice, but as i said, my experience playing him is that you run out of force points real fast.

This is a very solid piece for the OR, and one of the pieces it was needing.  He is nothing fantastic, but he is very solid and can compliment any OR squad.  He simply lacks the shock and awe since he is a third generation copy of Shaak and Shado.  You really wont go wrong playing him, but at the same time, dont expect him to be game breaking either.

100pts:  He doesn't have that special umph needed here, and the OR lacks the power to compete here.

150/200pts:  He is good in both of these, but he will obviously work better in 200 with more support.  His big downer is going to be the lack of support.  Right now OR has no game breakers that have pushed the other factions to the top of the pile.  They have no init control, movement breakers or mega damage pieces.  As good as Lucien is, you may be better using fringe help if he is not the focal point of your squad.
