Really
short review today. I had to type it up ahead of
time(doubling with Friday's review) in order to
make Monday's deadline. Today starts off Lee Pai-long
week. So basically it's a Jun themed week as
well. For a quick review I picked a very simple
card, "Devoted Sentry."
"Devoted Sentry" has a Body trait restriction.
This Advantage card also is uncommon. For a card
cost it gets as low as it can get. A 1 green
furyoku is very cheap, and very easy to come by.
You can insert this card into any deck (with the
Body trait restrictions) and shouldn't be a
problem.
With a cheap cost, you get a very simple effect;
"Your strikes have +1 intercept." It's a free
intercept point at the cost of one green furyoku.
No decreasing force, which is very nice.
"Devoted Sentry" is a quick fix to decks that
are having a problem counterattacking with
strikes with 4 intercept. Play this card down,
and you are all set for 'golden 5' forces from
your opponent. It's simple, it's easy, it's
good.
