Tomorrow is yet another new Shaman King episode if you get 4KidsTV. Final 5 episodes! Let's see if Ren/Len made it through that last episode. Sadly I am out of town right now, so I won't see the English version until later. But we end this week with a third review, today which is "Triple Threat."

Like all cards this week, "Triple Threat" has a melee trait restriction. A fairly basic card cost of 1 green and 1 yellow furyoku. But you don't have to worry about the card cost since this strike has only 1 Intercept. It doesn't matter that this strike also has 5 force, you just aren't going to be able to use this strike to counterattack. That alone really hurts this card since it's a strike above all else.

The first effect of "Triple Threat" is a "Tactical:Green." Well, since you are never going to counterattack, you are going to be using this effect alot. Remember you don't have to pay the card cost in order to use the Tactical cost. But this doesn't put alot towards the card, luckily there is another effect.

The second effect states; "Pitch --> Put this in your advantage area. Your strikes have +1 force." You are going to lose a zone for this move, but you are going to gain +1 force. Not a great trade-off. Using this second effect only gives you 2 more chances to pull out a strong strike. This card tries to act as an advantage, but it's just not good enough to replace one.

Casual: 1/5
Tournament: 1/5
Sealed: 1/5
