Parley is a traited version of the generic Hiding
Place that I reviewed on Friday. The difference
between a traited card and a generic can be quite
large, and it surely is in this case. Instead of
just protecting your allies, Parley protects your
energy as well, making it a lot more viable to run
in a main deck. There are plenty of ally control and
energy control decks out there and Parley just may
be your ace in the hole in those match-ups. Again,
at the low low price of one green energy, it doesn’t
tax you in the late game. Parley will not see as
much play as some of the other 5-star Body
advantages but in specific decks, it will be an
all-star.
