To get to mirage island you need a special pokemon that pokemon is every pokemon the pokemon that have the mirage island sense are random to find out who is sensible to the island go to pacifidlog town go to the house at the bottom right he will tell you

I can't see mirage island today which means none of the pokemon in your party have the sense.

I can see it I can see mirage island today which means you can go to mirage island just keep the mirage sensed pokemon on your party and go right near sky pillar keep going till you see the island.

There is'nt any thing good there Just a very rare berry and the only pokemon are wynauts.
