Loretta's Pokemon Toy Blog
October 4, 2007

At lunch I had the good fortune to run into the Excell distribution guy at Target and this is what I found!

There is a new TCG gift pack: 4 assorted boosters, 2 foils (Zangoose and Pelipper) (no price yet on shelf, expect around $15 range).

The D&P Trainer kit on its own, $12.99 (this is the same one omahanime scanned in deluxe gift set format avail. @TRU, no price on shelf, expect around $20), containing the Manaphy and Lucario foils, two 30 card starter decks, bonus booster, collectible coin, rules, damage counters, etc.

A Pokemon "fun box" for $9.99 containing a big chrome Pokemon character card, some stickers, tats, small figures, etc. (you can't see inside, it's a grab bag sort).

Also, this time I remembered to ask the guy if they would be stocking the Trading Figure Game. He said he wasn't sure, but, he thought he had seen it on his spreadsheet. Since Target didn't have the TFG on its shelves yet, I was not sure if Excell was stocking it or they are going through another distributor. It has been at TRU and gaming stores for about a week now, so, I'm not sure what the hold up is elsewhere.

Thank you to omahanime for the tip about the Trainer Kit. It helps when fans tip off other fans so we can get our goodies before the e-Bay gougers swoop in! :O

PI!!!
