"The Bull" is an odd name for a giant crab, especially since they already used the name for a mediocre little two-masted ship in the Barbary Coast release. Of the three titans, this one is by far the cheapest, and is also the slowest and has the least useful ability.

Its two cargo are just enough for a Captain and a Helmsman, which is a good crew set-up. If you have the points, you might swap the Captain for either Almirante Carlos Pavon y Miranda (captain and reroll) or Luis Zuan (captain and world-hater) to beef up her battle prowess. The reroll would also make Fear somewhat more useful in turning the enemy into cowards. Regardless, fighting is all El Toro is good for, so steer it into the thick of the action and strike fast. You won't get a second chance, because titans can't get repair actions, so make it good the first time. In particular, watch your maneuvers. It's quite possible to keep one or two of her "cannons" out of action because a crab's arm span is so wide, the claws on one side are out of range of their target.

The linked crew gives a +L to the moves of nearby sea monsters. But a giant crab is a titan, not a sea monster, so "The Fisherman" can't speed up El Toro. And if you use El Toro plus another sea creature, that will use up almost all your points on sea critters, with not much left for anything else. Bad idea.

The only reason I'd use this crab is if I was running an all-Spanish fleet and wanted to surprise my enemy, or if I really wanted to use a crab and couldn't afford Brachyura or Raninoidea. I can think of much better uses for fifteen points, like the OE Virtuous Wind, or my favorite Spanish fighter, the Santa Ana (SCS). El Toro's marks suffer from the fact that she's a huge target that can't be repaired, and she doesn't offer that much in return.
