In the Jade Rebellion, all their two-masted junks were named Sea something (except the Tiger's Breath). Most of them were clearly defined as either fighters or gold ships. This one, the Sea Phoenix, was apparently conceived as a boarder.

She needs a Helmsman no matter how you use her. You could stop there and run for gold, or add The Nameless to make a fair boarder out of her, chasing an enemy gold ship and stealing two treasures, one from the boarding action and one with her ability. That's assuming she wins the boarding action; even with The Nameless' +1 on boarding, that's still only a 50/50 chance against a three-masted gold ship.

A third option would be to add a Captain and use her as a small fighter.
She has the guns for this job, and she can still ram and board if the opportunity arises. That suits the usual Jade Rebellion fleet style better. When the French got their hands on this ship in the OE release, they probably used her in this way, too.

This isn't an exciting ship, but an adequate one. Her price tag is single-digit, so you can't go too far wrong with her. Pick a role, add the requisite crew, and have at it!
