Aside from a top-notch strength stat, and the fact that it's a little more versatile by having two faerie types, this guy doesn't have much going for him. There's no special effect, and he untaps all his rivals (usually meaning free banking for opponent).

As much as I think there is nothing special about this guy, there really isn't much of anything out there for Water Villains in Strength (at least that will stay put). So, I'll give it a better rating than I would have otherwise, bumping it up to 2.7 of 5.
