Deke

Faerieland

Location | Light

To play this, you need a Light Neopet.  If a Villain is here, discard that Villain.

9/150 HatIC HoloFoil

As much as Double-Bladed Staff helped Villain decks, Faerieland can hurt them.  Basically, drop this card into any arena, and the Villain in it goes buh-bye.  Not only that, but it stays out, preventing any new Villains from being added to it.  The good news (for all those Villains) is that this card is alligned to the Light Faerie type, which at least means that only a limited number of decks will consider using it.

Unlike most locations, this one can actually come in handy.  Between this and Banishment, Villains could really start to dislike Light decks.  Add in cards like Snowager Ice Lolly, Sceptre of Banishing, and Jerdana's Orb, and you can wipe that dastardly smile off Sloth's face.  Or, he might just replace your Faerieland with a Ancient Tomb...

This is a very powerful card, and one of the few location cards that might actually be worth playing.  The only problems are that it is restricted to the Light Faerie type, and you don't know if your opponent will even be using Villains.  It still earns a 3.6 of 5 in my book though.

Hannah and the Ice Caves 9/150 Holo Rare

I believe this card is going to be quite popular. The Light faerie type is getting stronger with each set released. Light is notorious for it's mediocre Villains. There are only two Light Villains available right now, and neither is something to brag about, so this card will work well in Light decks. With this card, Techo Adepts, and Banishment for the Light faerie type, I don't think anyone will have to worry about Villains controlling arenas for long.

As Villains get more powerful, more defense against them is needed. With this card, you don't have to spend spaces in your deck on Sceptre of Banishing or Jerdana's Orb. You can put this in agility to take care of two very irritating combos; Shadow Usul/Oubliette and Dr. Sloth/Symol Warrens.
This is a great choice for Light, but will work extremely well in any deck type except, of course, a Villain deck. :P
