Hannah and the Ice Caves 16/150 Holo Rare
Rating: 2.7

This card is the first of its kind; a card allowing you to win automatically if you fulfill its requirement. It's requirement is pretty hard to fulfill though. I'm not great at odds, but the odd of drawing three cards in a row, all the same card, are not great, even in a 40 card deck; however, there are things you can do to improve your chances of making this card work for you.

There are several cards that can help you out, all of which allow you to look at a certain number of cards on the top of your deck and rearrange them. Shadow Aisha lets you draw three to rearrange, Koya allows five, GX-4 Oscillabot allows you to rearrange four cards with every contest win, and The Golden Shoyru allows the top three cards to be rearranged, five if it's used with a Shoyru! These are the best options for rearranging your deck to your liking.

Using all these cards, your odds of getting three cards in a row are improved quite a bit, but it's still a gamble. At this point, I wouldn't recommend trying to build a deck solely based on this ability, because there are several cards that can shut it down even if you do draw three cards with the same name. A Nothing Has Happened can stop this form of win, and an Intimidate can pull them from your hand before you get a chance to use it.
If you play a deck that uses a lot of cards to help reorder your deck, I might save a place for this card. Otherwise, it's just not worth taking up three slots in your deck, no matter how good it sounds. In an Air/Dark deck including all the cards mentioned above, I'd probably give this card somewhere around a 4 rating. Anywhere else, it's just too random.

Hmm... An alternative win card.  As good as it sounds, I'm happy to say that it isn't very easy to pull off.  As a matter of fact, it's pretty difficult with the cards we have now (including the ones from Hannah).  There's only 3 ways to legally 'stack' your deck right now:

1) Put one card from your deck on top of your deck (Rainbow PB, Take a Dip, Blumaroo Squire, Mutox Syrup).  Sadly, this only assures you of one particular card on top your deck.  Even if you do this three times, you still have to shuffle :(

2) Look at the top x cards of your deck and put them back in any order (Koya Korbat Huntress, Lucky Coin, The Golden Shoyru, GX-4 Oscillabot, Star Gazing, Shadow Aisha).  This is great, but you need to have 3 of the 3-5 cards you're going to look at be the same.  Since you must have a minimum of 14 different cards in your deck (14 x 3 copies = 42, decks must have minimum of 40 cards), the odds of getting all 3 of the same card in the next 5 is not very good. :(

3) Put cards on the bottom of your deck (Marketplace, Pteri Lookout, Trading Post, Gadgadsbogen).  The problem with this is your have to get 3 of the same in a row, and then get all the way through your deck so that those 3 are back on top.  Trust me, this takes waaaay too long.  :(

The only good news is that this cards is of the Light Faerie type, which is the type that will be most helpful to you in accomplishing this feat.  Light is simply the best Faerie type for card drawing, and for peeking at your upcoming cards.  Air can be helpful as well.

I'm not much of a fan of alternative/instant win cards, but at least this one makes the task difficult to accomplish.  At this point, if someone puts this in a deck and gets it to work (without cheating), I'd be truly impressed.  I'm sure we'll see more cards to help this guy out in the future though...    Until that happens, this card only gets a 2.2 of 5.  It's just not viable (but it is fun to try).
