But... isn't Tobi Madara?!
(though if you're reading the manga you already know
what's gonna happen)
Today we have Madara's Impure Resurrection version.
As with all Impure Resurrection Ninjas, he requires
you Sacrifice 1 Ninja to Deploy him. Also, as with
all the Impure Resurrection Ninjas, his Effect kicks
in by removing from play any Ninja card with his
same name from either Player's Discard Pile. Now, to
make it clear: the removed card DOESN'T HAVE TO BE
an Impure Resurrection Madara Uchiha. It just needs
to have the same name. By removing 1 Madara from
either Discard Pile you can distribute up to 2
Damage on up to 2 Ninjas. This isn't half bad. You
can potentially kill off a couple of Ninjas, or just
one that's being a pain for you. This can only be
done in the EoJ, and it doesn't have to be a
specific EoJ. With his stats, he's also good for the
battle. Only snag is that his Effect isn't a Valid
one. This means that if his Effect is countered you
just wasted a Madara (unless you can counter that
counter). Besides that, being a T7 can hurt in
Limited, though his Hand Cost doesn't since Void can
be paid for with any Color.

Madara my baby madara my honey madara my reanimated
dead guy thingy... ok seriously madara is boss. T7
HC 1 8/3-5/2 that requires u to sac 1 ninja and you
can remove 1 madara uchia ninja in any players
discard pile from the game to distribute 2 damage to
up to 2 target ninjas. that will help immensely to
get rid of pest blockers and dont forget there are
some decent madaras to chose from
