Today we take a look at a Set 27 Tobi. This one has
an Effect that would help you if you're running
Akatsuki Ninjas. If 1 of your Akatsuki Ninjas were
to get discarded to the an Effect (including him),
you can move that Ninja to your Hand instead. This
Effect is optional, so you don't HAVE to move the
Ninja unless needed. To be honest, this Tobi is only
for Akatsuki-related decks. Other than that, unless
you need another Sharingan Ninja, there's not much
more use for him... at the moment...

serious here...
he has the sharingan here and rogue ninja and when
an akatsuki would be discarded due to an effect you
can move it to your hand .-. kinda good but also
lackluster. he is a t3 with 3/3-2/2 nothing more to
say
