Choji Akimichi
Today we take a look at a new Chunin Choji. This
one's a T0, which for some may be odd for a Chunin-Rank
Ninja. He's a 3/0-0/0 with Revitalize and a Valid
Effect. When your Opponent wins any Battle Rewards
you place that same amount of +1/+1 Coins on Choji.
Now, for those wondering, +1/+1 Coins aren't the
same thing as Growth Coins (saw that situation this
past Saturday during the tournament). This Choji can
work a few ways. For starters, you can pump him up.
Extra Combat/Support is always good. At the same
time there's one combo going around where Coins are
removed in order to draw an extra card at the start
of your Turn. Feeding your Combo is always good too
if it gives you some advantage. He's also got
Revitalize, and we see a lot of that going around
right now.Try it and see!
