Kiba Inuzuka
Today we take a look at a new Kiba from Set 26. This
Kiba has the "Animal" Characteristic that so helped
back in the day. He's a T1 Chunin with 4/1-0/0.
During your Mission Phase, by paying 0 Chakra, you
pick one of your Ninjas. That Ninja will gain "Ninja
Dog", and its printed power will become 3/2 (no
matter what mode it is in) during that turn. Now,
picking a 0/0 would help. At the same time having
some Support will help as well. The beautiful part
about this Effect is that the Ninja becomes a Ninja
Dog, so whatever Effects that rely on Ninja Dogs can
be applied (though this can be a bad thing as well
if you've seen the cards in this set).
He's good in Limited, where early attackers are key.
He can also work in the constructed formats quite
well.
