based on a 1 to 5 scale.
1 being the worst.
3 = average.
5 is the highest rating.

This Ninja allows you to do a few things. If you
need something on the field early on, he can help.
But, his true value is shown when he's in your Hand.
Though he's a 2/1-0/0 with no Characteristics other
than Male, Removing him from your Hand allows you to
pick a non-Ninja card that's in play and return it
to its Owner's Hand. This helps if you need to get
rid of a Mission or a Client that's annoying you.
This makes him pretty good as Sideboard material.
Other than that, not much more to say.
