We have here the most annoying Ninja in the Akatsuki,
coming in with a decent effect. When you Deploy him,
you can look for a card, any card, in your Deck. You
reveal the card...
And then you remove it from play!
Now, when Tobi's removed from the field, you get to
move that card you removed from the RFG Area
straight to your Hand. Then Tobi goes to your
Opponent's Battle Rewards. That can be a bit of a
trade-off unless you're sure to win, or are running
a Susano'o deck (where Battle Rewards don't matter
in your case). This is one card to run at your own
risk. You wouldn't want to use him when your
Opponent's got 9 Rewards...
