Neji Hyuga
Today we take a look at Neji as a Genin. He's a T0
with 3/0-2/0, and his Effect allows you to move him
to your Chakra Area if one of your Permanent Earth
Missions were to be removed from play. The Mission
would bounce to your hand rather than get removed.
The effect is good later in the game, when you may
have Missions worth protecting and maybe a need for
Chakra. Just remember that his Effect isn't Valid.
Pity he doesn't have Growth, though he does work
well that way. Try it and see!
