Today we take a look at a Genin version of Ino.
She's a T1 with 0/2 - 0/0 and 2 Mental. Her Effect
allows her to decrease the Combat of any Ninja with
lower Mental Power than her by 2, as long as that
Ninja is facing her Team. A decrease can make a
difference when the time comes. She works as a good
Back Ninja, and if you play her right you might be
getting Outstanding Victories earlier than expected.
She's good for a few decks, particularly with
InoShikaCho making a combeback.
