Weird name, cool effect.
We have here a card from the Sasuke/Danzo fight. For
one Fire and one other, you can give one Damage to
both one Ninja opposing the User and the User. Now,
damaging one of your Ninjas may be bad, but if that
means getting one Ninja out of the way this may be
good. This card has a bonus. You get to draw one
card for each Ninja discarded due to this Effect.
So, if you were to discard both the User and the
Target, you draw two. Knowing when to use this card
can be beneficial, such as when Hidan is using it...
