Beastly Mage

Naruto Uzumaki (Sage Mode)

Today we're taking a look at Naruto in his long-awaited Sage Mode. Right off the bat, he's a Reinforcement Ninja that requires you sacrifice any Naruto who's T3 or higher. That shouldn't be any problem when you consider that many Lightning decks have a T3 Naruto. Besides the Sacrifice, he also has a Hand Cost (not strange considering he's a T7). Unlike Jiraiya in Sage Mode there's only one Ninja in the Sacrifice part (unlike Jiraiya, who requires Jiraiya plus the two old Toads). His (Valid) Effect allows you to consider your Discard Pile part of your Chakra Area. When you pay for a Jutsu (the Text doesn't specify Naruto has to be the user) you move the cards from either your Chakra or your Discard Pile to the bottom of your Deck. This also counts for Mastery (which he has). His Combat/Support Stats are pretty good, and he's also got Clone Status. Taking into consideration that Lightning relies so much on building up Chakra, this card helps you extend the use of your deck without milling yourself out (which I've seen happen once too many). Try it and see!
