This Raikage bodyguard is a Lightning/Water Ninja
with two effects that rely on other Ninjas. If you
have another Lightning Ninja at the end of your
Turn, you get to put a +1/+1 Coin on a Target Ninja
(this can include him as well). If you have another
Water Ninja in play, all of your Opponent's
activated effects cost one more colorless. For those
wondering: activated effects are the ones that
aren't permanent. An activated effect would be one
that is used when you Attack or Block, or one that
you can activate when you pay Chakra during one part
of your turn. These apply to Ninjas and Missions as
well as Clients. His stats are pretty good too.
Notice that being Bee's student helps in the Injured
part.
