For those missing Kakashi in his [Early Settlement]
variation, there's good news! This Jiraiya, who's
both Lightning and Fire, has a similar (though maybe
better) effect! Whenever he wins any sort of Victory
you get two Battle Rewards. But, when he suffers any
sort of Defeat, your Opponent gets one Battle
Reward. Being Sannin helps him in the Unlimited
Format, since there's a lot of Jutsus there that
rely on Rank. In Block he's good too, particularly
with Lightning being strong in this format. If you
need a good Beatstick that can use Rasengan who goes
well with Toads, he's your man. Try it and see!
