Sasuke Uchiha
Today's card is a version of Sasuke that was meant
to use the Kirin Jutsu. During your Mission Phase
you get to discard X amount of Chakra to discard
that same amount from your Opponent's side. So, if
you've got five you can discard all of that to do
the same to your opponent. Like I said: this guy was
meant for Kirin, since that Jutsu can only activate
when your Chakra's out. Only problem is that if you
need to use another Jutsu in response to something
your opponent throws at you then you could be done
for. This guy has no protection effects, so keep him
protected just in case. His stats are good, though
being a Turn 4 with Hand Cost may seem odd (note
that he's Water/Fire). He also has Ambush and Growth
(which are perfect).
All around a balanced Ninja. Try it and see!
