Today's card is an exclusive from TP3. This one
takes us back to when Jiraiya was training Naruto to
use the Rasengan. This is one of those Jutsus that
attaches itself to the user. When a Jutsu that has a
symbol in common with the user costs 1 colorless
less when used by that Ninja. Note that it's one
colorless and not one symbol. This can be useful if
a Jutsu has a colorless cost, and it may even help
you perform Jutsus at no cost at all. It can be good
for Void decks as well, since the Jutsus there are
Void and their cost is colorless most of the time
(also, note that this Jutsu's symbol is Void). It
also helps with the new Vanilla decks, which have
colorless cost Jutsus as well. Try it and see!
