Ratings are
based on a 1 to 5 scale.
1 being the worst.
3 = average.
5 is the highest rating.

This Mission lets you discard your whole hand, so
you can draw that same amount of cards plus one.This
could be useful many times, such as when you're
stuck with a lousy hand. You just have to take into
consideration that it's the amount of cards in your
hand AFTER you pay the hand cost. Just keep that in
mind before you think you can do a massive draw.
It's a pretty decent Mission for Lightning, though
I'm guessing it could be splashed around a bit.
