Beastly Mage
This is one very splashable card. It's Void, so
it's hand cost (of 1) can be paid with any color.
For three turns either player will get a draw
whenever a Jutsu that increases combat or support is
played. This is good for many deck. Fire and
Lightning come to mind, since those tend to pack a
lot of pumping Jutsus. The one snag about this card
is that it doesn't do anything when there's an
increase in Mental Power, so that kinda hurts its
playability in Earth and Wind (which tend to run a
lot of Mental Power-related strategies). Also, this
only applies to Jutsus and not Missions or other
effects. Still, a pretty good Rare from the upcoming
Tournament Pack.
