Today's card is one that may seem as possessing a
weird effect. For no Chakra Cost, you can look at
the top card of either player's deck. This can be
done more than once during any Mission Phase. You
may wonder why this effect exists. Let's say your
Opponent draws. Your Opponent's Mission Phase starts
and uses a Draw Power Mission card. You activate
this effect, and you see what your Opponent will be
drawing (at least just the first card). This also
works during your turn. Let's say you use an effect
that makes your Opponent draw, or maybe one that
does some milling. This will give you a heads-up on
your Opponent's deck. So, the name [Sonar] is
actually pretty fitting. Just remember that the
effect only works during either Mission Phase and
not during the EoJ or any other moment.
Besides his effect, his stats are pretty good for a
T4. He's got no Hand Cost, and he's also got 3
Mental and 3 Support, which can help a lot. Try it
and see!
