Today's card is a Genin version of Kiba. This one
has Animal and 2/0 on both positions. His effect...
it's a double-edged sword! When he's sent out to
battle (attacking and defending) no Jutsus can be
used. This can help if you wanna protect yourself
early on, as it'll be the best time to put him in
play. Problem is that none of the players can use
Jutsus, not even you, during that turn. The effect
is Valid as well, so you have to use him wisely. In
Limited he can do good, though there's better
versions of him in Constructed. Try it and see!
