Choji Akimichi
[Super Slap] is pretty interesting. He's a T0 Chunin.
That alone could be considered a win, and at 4/0 -
0/0 with Secret Pills and Growth he can be better.
The effect kinda kills his playability (if only a
bit). As long as you have more Battle Rewards than
your opponent this guy can't be sent out to attack.
So, if your opponent has the lead he can attack. If
you have the lead he can only defend. If you're both
tied, he can attack. Early-game he could help you
get an advantage and then he can serve as a chump
blocker. There are better options in Constructed,
but he can be useful in Limited.
