pretty good for
Lightning decks, and
could be good even
in constructed if
you draft the right
cards. Try it and
see!

2/16 C-052 Lady Haruna

Today we start reviewing card's from set 16
(besides those exclusives from earlier). She
basically makes all of your lightning missions count
as two lightning chakra which is okay I guess...
Lightning is already arguably the best chakra
generator we have so this card is not necessary and
lightning has much better clients than this. That's
all I really have to say for this card
Limited: 1/5 Too situational, not good in this
format
Constructed: 2.5 It's okay in constructed but there
are better cards youi can be running.
Demon of the Rain
Lady Haruna
Lady Haruna is an awesome card for those like me who
like to make use of Naruto, Jiraiya, and the
legendary 4th Hokage. I personally will be
using at least 2 of these in my squad 7 deck.
On turn 1, this client can give you that extra edge
for rasengans and jutsus with no specific cost cause
all mission's in your chakra can be worth 2
lightning!! She is Wind/Lightning which works
well with Lightning decks. If you are lucky
enough to get your missions early, your opponent is
in trouble!!
Ratings:
Limited: 1.5/5 could be useful for extra
chakra
Constructed: 4.5/5 awesome .. especially in a
Rasengan or Tailutsu deck!!!
