This Jutsu, I think, it's a bit situational. For two
Lightning (no flexible payment with this one) you
can move from your Discard Pile up to X amount of
cards to your Chakra Area. In this case, X = your
opponent's Battle Rewards. So, if your opponent's
got 8, you can move 8 (or less) cards from your
Discard to your Chakra. That can be good in such a
situation. But, sometimes cards with varying effects
like this can be dead weight in your hand.
