High-Speed Hand Signs
This is one cool Jutsu, I must say. It costs
either two colorless, or one Fire. That in itself
makes it easy to pay for. You get to reveal the top
four card in your deck, select one Jutsu among them,
and put the Jutsu in your hand. Then you shuffle
your deck. But, if the user is a Jonin (or higher
rank), you get to reveal the top eight cards. This
is good when you have a lot of Chakra, and you need
a good Jutsu quick. It makes for fun times when
playing, and I should know. ^_^
