StormVyper Zera Nine-Tailed Cloak

I don't like it. While it could be kinda cool giving your Naruto (especially if it's one of the invincible versions) two extra lives, but it's one of those cards that doesn't actually do anything to change the board state, which is normally what jutsu cards are supposed to do. I wouldn't play it, but I wouldn't be surprised to see this card used as a one-of in a few random Naruto decks.

Limited: 1/5
Constructed: 2/5
Master Wang Nine Tail's Cloak

Another day, another card and just FYI, the cards we'll be reviewing this week have been commented by me in my vids, so if you wanna know a little more about what I think about certain cards, you can check them out on my vids. Just click my name. xP

Let's be honest, Lightning has gotten the least amount of defensive jutsus as of late, if ever. High Speed Movement and Kujaku Wing could only do so much and even though Lightning has gotten a little more playable negation now, it's always felt so little so late...until now.

Let's face it, every Lightning deck has at least 3 Naruto's. Whether it's T3, OC, TBF, or a T0 to later Squad into T3 or higher, Naruto is always a main weapon and considering cards like [Mastering the Hidden Technique], this jutsu will be quite the nice defense. I mean, if Naruto is in your main win strategy/jutsu user, this is a must-look-at. It's a flat out, simple N-O to your opponent's every whim, including reactive jutsus....TWICE!

I mean, sure it's a little too focused on Naruto, but if you're smart, you'll know when to put this in your deck and use it to it's best ability. There's no T3 or higher Naruto that doesn't benefit from this tremendously; NONE! It's so good, yet it's so narrow in its target. It'll be tricky to put it in, but the card itself is amazing. Keep in mind, I'm not rating a deck here, this card is flat out great!

Limited: 2/5 So far only one Naruto is T3 or higher, not including the ST decks
Constructed: 4.5/5
Art: Ah, so he likes being on all fours...........*waa waa waa waaaaaaaa* /5
