Today's card is one of the Hyuga Clan's techniques.
Only a Ninja with Byakugan and a turn cost of 3 or
more can use this Jutsu, and it's pretty nice, IMO.
OK, so it doesn't negate Jutsus, but what it does is
make your opponent think twice before using another
Jutsu. Let's say your opponent uses a Jutsu. Fine,
you use this. Then, your opponent will either have
to negate it, or let it resolve and the Ninja that
just used a Jutsu will take a hit. Thing is that
this version of the Rotation isn't as cool as the
previous ones, but it's still good in a dedicated
deck. Try it and see.

For 2 more chakra, you can play The Chosen SR
version with the same name, have your team become
immune to jutsu plus get a chance to either dish out
1 Damage to every Ninja battling against you or send
your opponent's team back to the Village empty
handed. So yeah, this card is completely outclassed
by us064. Now, for 1 chakra, this card can put your
opponent in a rough position in Limited, but this
card is a no-go for Constructed because we have
better cards.
