Neji Hyuga
Today's card is a new version of Neji. This card is
reminiscent of the latest Tin Promo Kakashi. It's
the same Jutsu-stopping effect, but with different
stats, growth, and Earth element. It's pretty good
for Earth and Taijutsu, and pretty solid for
limited. I know a lot of people would play the new
Super Rare Neji over this one, but it's still a good
version. Try it and see!
Denying a Ninja the ability to use jutsu is always a
plus, and everything's better when it's free. Thing
is, there aren't too many decks these days that
focus on a single ninja that can be affected by
cards like this (I'm looking at you, Naruto). It's
got some use depending on your own ability to read
your opponent. If the meta gets taken over by more
deck's like Over 9k, then I can definitely see this
card seeing some serious play, but as it stands,
there are better versions of Neji to play for
general uses.

everyone, today we're reviewing:
N-546 Neji Hyuga
Well today's card is konoha's famous Byakugan Jonin
Neji in his uncommon version of the newest booster,
Fateful Reunion. He's a turn 4 ninja with byakugan
and his average stats (for this turn) of 5/0 both
ways, growth and Taijutsu combat attribute. He's a
very good ninja statwise without a doubt. Now let's
see his effect.
This non-valid effect, common for Neji, lets you
select an opponent's ninja that will not be able to
use a jutsu during the turn. This effect is only
during your mission phase and is reminiscent of
Kakashi's[Eye that Sees Through Everything] effect
only weaker as it's only for one turn. There are
much better Neji's out there, although somewhat
useful against user specific decks, it's just not
enough to run him in comparison to other Neji's like
[ETSTW] and [KK].
An awesome ninja with a horrible effect here. Not
much more to say.
Limited: 2.5/5(He's useful here due to his stats and
his effect can help)
Constructed: 1.5/5(Like I said, much better out
there)
