Surprise Training

Now this is one mission that I like from this set. Why? If your opponent just deployed a Ninja this turn, you get to do the same (as long as that Ninja is of the same turn cost or less). It's a good counter mission for Lightning, but remember: the Ninja has to be of the same turn cost as the one deployed by your opponent, and this doesn't cover platooning or growth.

M-488 Suprise Training

Hello again, pojo and friends. It's kind of hard for me to get into this week, as I'm not a big Sai or Lightning fan...

Today we've got Suprise Training, a counter mission that allows you to deploy during your opponent's turn. This card pretty much burns 3 cards out of your hand during your opponent's turn. Other than using it to hit a way better Reunion, I don't see a good reason to run this.

Constructed:1/5 Not good, not going to see play

I was good until I read the word "deploy". This basically allows you an extra ninja in play, however, doing so tanks you hand. You're dropping 2 cards for this, plus 1 for the Ninja you deploy (2 if the ninja has a Hand Cost). It's not worth it.
