Happy Halloween All! And Happy Friday! I love it. After coming to work dressed as Iruka, I felt the best course of action was to review a card.

We have with us today a knight from the second movie, Haido (Transformed)! Here is a really good card that at least in my area, is hard to acquire. Given, this ninja’s power truly shines in a knight themed deck with the nasty Power of Gelel jutsu card that can blow up any ninja. However, this card has a tutor! You can play the turn 1 Haido, and you get to search your deck for this one with those great stats on turn 4. This card with its tutor can work great in any Earth deck honestly, and I assume it’ll see more play as soon as the 50 card deck rule comes into effect next set. A 5/4 on turn 2 is not bad at all, plus he has that spiffy healing effect to keep him around.

Have a Happy Halloween, be safe, cosplay well!

Haido (Uglier)

Happy Halloween!!!! Wait a second... NO!!!! Have a terrible Halloween! Halloween isn't supposed to be happy! My god, society is messed up! Anyway, Pojo thinks he's clever, so let's get this done.

I love nice cards like this. Basically, you search him out with the normal Haido, then play him right away on the second turn. Keep him healthy with your hand cards while you use him to pound the opponent. After a while of light offensive stalling, the other Gelel heavy hitters come out. Since you've been taking out the early reinforcements with him, you should be relatively unrivaled.

Add in the fact that he's inexpensive (both in real-life and in the game), and you have one good card. Ugly, but good enough to make up for it.

4.6/5

Art: It reminds me of Pojo. You know, if he looked sexier.

Fun Fact: Hey, Crossbow, guess what! I've already begun making a deck that abuses FITNA! Do YOU want to help (people reading)? Help either draft of the metagame's next big deck: http://www.bandaicg.com/naruto/showthread.php?t=59029 (Yeah, I'm Gaara_)
Tomorrow: Fire Emblem, Fire Emblem, and even more Fire Emblem.
