The Bounty Hunters' signature technique... not so
bad if you ask me. OK, so only the Bounty Hunters
can use them. Plus, it's the only Jutsu then can
use. Still, it allows for negation and Chakra
replenishment. It's good in that aspect. Still, in
Limited it could be a bit hard to draft this card if
you don't have the right Ninjas. In constructed it
could work however. Try it and see.

An interesting jutsu that supports a bad archetype.
Bounty Hunter decks will never be a top tier deck. I
think the way this negation card works is decent but
the user requirement just kills this card.
