This Jutsu trully shines in the Taijutsu/Lightning
Build, since it is a Rock Lee/Might Guy technique.
It pumps up combat by 5, plus it can give you a BR.
Thing is that it only gives you the BR when you
score a Victory or Outstanding Victory AND the BR
comes from your opponent's hand and not the top of
the deck. Still, this is pretty good. Just make sure
your opponent has something in the hand.
