5 is the highest rating.

Beastly Mage

Sasuke Uchiha and Itachi Uchiha [Brothers]

Today's card is a platoon: Sasuke and Itachi. This card shows some promise. If you use the Sasuke that gets a growth coin for every Sasuke in the Chakra and Discard areas (sorry, forgot the name of the effect), this platoon could get two coins, which would make him an 8/6 right then and there. This platoon also has decent stats as is. Try it and see. Weird thing is that this platoon only has one element (platoons usually have two).

Ratings:

Limited: 2/5
Constructed: 3/5
Art: Awww!!! ^_^/5

Wyatt Sasuke Uchiha and Itachi Uchiha. The first ever single element platoon. Decent stats, and can be played over a weak or injured Sasuke(if growthed, even better). Sadly the effect is okay at best. It only gives any growth coins that were on the Sasuke(assuming you platoon'ed over Sasuke) go to the platoon. It does have Jonin rank and good stats, but the only real use is in a deck that uses the new Chidori that requires Sasuke+turn 3 or higher, or in an Uchiha deck. Platoons need to have godly stats or an awesome effect to justify play, and sadly, this has neither.

Constructed:3/5
Limited:2.5/5(decent chance of pulling Sasuke or Itachi here, but still unlikely to actually get played)
Akira Sasuke & Itachi Uchiha

Sasuke isn't the most playable ninja right now.
Turn 0 Sasuke : Owned by Choji USF.
Turn 1-2 Sasuke: Not good enough to see play in most competitive builds.
There's Sasuke Special Power, but I wouldn't want to be platooning him...(Besides, Sasuke SP doesn't have growth, I don't think...)

Now, if you can get your Sasuke Growthed, you'll have a 7/5 ninja. Pretty good, but after it gets the coin, it has no effect, meaning it can be the target of Sexy Jutsu, 8 Trigram DSSF, be killed by damage, etc etc. The fact that he has no effect to protect him or make him a more dangeros card, plus the fact that he is a platoon, limits his playability. Also, you can only use fire cards as a hand cost, unlike most other platoons which have 2 different symbols you can use as a hand cost.

In limited, he's got good stats, even though you probably won't be able to pull 2 early game Sasukes that both have growth. Like I said above, the fact that he isn't dual-element makes it harder to play him, which weakens him. There's not a ton of fire in this set, during the release I played at, it was primarily water with a bunch of earth. (Tons and tons of Tayuya jutsus and Dokis were pulled...)

I'd only play this card if I had a LOT of fire and at least 2 Sasukes. Or if I had other Fire cards with a hand cost so I could use this card as a hand cost.

Welcome to Tuesday, February 12th's Naruto Card of the Day!

Today's card is a pretty interesting card. Sasuke Uchiha & Itachi Uchiha, working together!?

However, they are young, so the stats are pretty much Itachi's. 6/4 is a great on turn 5. However this platoon has only 1 type of symbol, compared to others that have 2.

It's a leaf Itachi, that's a good plus as well. His effect isn't too shabby either, but forces you to play Sasuke's that get growth coins.

Other than support or if you want to use Sasuke and Itachi's jutsu, I don't really see this card in a competitive deck.

Limited: 2/5
Constructed: 2/5
