Another card from Quest for Power is a Rare Sasuke...
Let's see how good Sasuke is... Well, he's a turn 1,
which isn't good in most cases. He has 0/0 when he's
injured, also not a good thing. And when your
opponent has 2 Sound 4 Ninja in play or an
Orochimaru, your opponent adds Sasuke to his
village, which is also not a good thing. He's a 4/1
with no growth and Sharingan Eye along with the
usual Fire attribute. And to top how bad he is off,
he's a Rare, which blows because this card doesn't
equal much of anything really.
He's just a card with an effect that relates to the
anime. To make him sound good, or end on a good
note, I do like his art, it's nice, but I mean I'd
never use this Sasuke in the constructed
environment. In Limited, I think he'd be fine since
the odds of his effect going off wouldn't happen at
all really.
My ratings:
Constructed: 1/5 Why bother using an outdated Sasuke?
Limited: 3.5/5 Solid Stats, Sound 4 are Supers, and
No Orochimaru in the set. :)

Sasuke Uchia RFTLA is better, end of story. It has Growth,
making it a viable 5/1. Who would use Sasuke for
support anyway? If it had growth, MAYBE, but meh.
Can Bandai make some good cards? RFTLA is the best
card you made, in my opinion, except for Chidori,
which is broken.
I would like to blab on about how Chidori works, how
it can be avoided, but I'll leave it at the short
review:
This card Sucks compared to RFTLA. It even looks
noobier.

Limited: 4/5 (might as well use a turn 4 sasuke, all
the Sound 4 Ninja in QFP are Supers)

He has above average sasuke stats with 4/1 at turn
1. One thing that bugs me is that it has no growth
at turn one. The effect goes aganist you, but it is
not valid. It is going to work against you only if
your opponent plays water. Only one run, as it is a
bit risky as your opponent can run the turn three
turn orochimaru against this guy. At late game, this
guy will not make much of a difference. Still,
because of chance only run 1.
