Three-Cornered Deadlock

Most of the time, you'll be getting out Gamabunta or the other two big beasties through the summoning jutsu; thus, getting them to your hand does not help. It also has the potential to help your opponent; kind of useless in my opinion.

Limited/Constructed: 1/5

Friday's card is Three-Corner Deadlock, a new mission from Dream Legacy. This Mission is Lightning and useable at Turn 3 to find the Ninja Toad(Gama, Gamatatsu if you want to, the Turn 4 Ninja Toad and of course Gamabunta), Snake(Manba and Giant Snake) or Slug(basically only Katsuya), but both players get to search for the animal of choice. A staple for Ninja Toads and seemingly tailor-made for the deck for many reasons, this card ensures you get the creature you need when you summon their master. It's tougher to run with Orochimaru and Tsunade due to the need for using a second element, this card is a must for those who are trying out Jiraiya and Gamabunta and especially those trying out Toad Flame Bullets.

Limited: 2/5(for the lucky few who got the Naruto Starter, Gamabunta and enough Ninja Toads to make it work)
Constructed: 3/5(a good Ninja Toad deck is running two of these as a searcher for Toads).

Beastly Mage

Three-Cornered Deadlock Mission (n193)

Happy Friday, Naruto fans. Today's card is one that brings some support to decks that use Summoning Jutsu (any of the three). Being Lightning, it fits better in the Ninja Toad deck. It can still be used in any of the two other decks, but it works great in the Toad deck. Try it and see.

Ajj

Hola fellow Pojoer’s (that’s Puerto Rican for “What the F**K is UP!^!”). Today we get to look at Three Cornered Deadlock, an ok mission that may see a little play in summoning decks. TCD allows you to give, almost always, every toad, slug, or snake in your hand a 0 turn cost. Thought that sounds fantastic, it’s really not that good since all of the afore mentioned animals (except Manda) can only be summoned or sent out to battle with certain late game Ninja, making TCD pretty useless, though in Manda’s case, it could be helpful. That said TCD, is too inconsistent and not good enough to see much play

Limited: 1/5
Constructed: 2/5
Art: 5/5 (Everything with a toad must get 5/5!)
