Today is Konohamaru's girlfriend, haha. She can be
good, but highly unlikely.
General-
Weak is right. She has no stats. her effect is not
so good either. You can show the top card of your
deck and draw it if it is a ninja. First of all, it
is by chance. You can only draw one-third of the
chance. Second, if you take a turn to play her, and
get a ninja, it only shows what you have in your
hand, or what you will draw. Anytime your opponent
know what you have is not good. I really don't think
she is worth it. Kaede Ureshino is more playable
than this.
Every CCG have cards that is simply there to take up
space, and in Naruto, I think Moegi is that one.

And the girl in the group today, she and tomorrow's
card have similar effects. But first the stats, 0/0
- 0/0 is standard for Students, they don't know how
to fight. Next up is the Costs, there are none,
shock horror. Leaf | Student | Female and Ninjutsu
combat don't help here, as they have no natural
advantages. However, again it's effect and a tweak
idea which I'll delve into later in the week that
makes these cards have ANY look, since their stats
are just worthless.
When played, you get to see your top card, and if
it's a ninja it moves to your hand. If it's a Jutsu,
Mission, or Client put it back on your deck. So
generally this will be a 1 in 2 chance to get a
Ninja, since decks are generally 18-24 ninjas.
However this effect in itself has pros and cons
Pros
- +1 Hand count, which is nice.
- It's a free draw, There is no cost like a Mission
or Jutsu, and most ninja draw effects have
downsides.
Cons
- Not 100% work rate. If you see a Mission/Jutsu/Client
you get nothing.
- They see it too. No deceptive playing, they know
one card in your hand is whatever you reveiled be it
what you drew or a Mission/Jutsu/Client you had to
draw 1 turn later.
Now then, in the deck this is for, you need it as
you need lots of Ninja Academy Students. But I'll
get into that later. This is one of the better
Student effects.

Limited - 3/5 (You can't pick your draw tech, you'll
kinda need this as both draw and chump blocker).

When this Ninja is put into play, show the top card
of your Deck to your opponent. If it is a Ninja,
place it in your hand.
So, today we look at the weakest of the Ninja
Academy Students, Moegi. This girl has nothing going
for her. Her effect and stats are pathetic.
Her effect is to simply look at the top card from
youm Deck when you play her. If it's a NInja, you
can add it into your hand. Big deal..Bingo Book is a
heck of a lot better than this..Don't run it.
Nothing else to say about this lame card.
