Retaliation

Card Number: M105

Average Card Rating: 3

3 ... average. 5 is the highest rating.

Silas

Cold Christmas Pizza - the breakfast of champions. Got a week off from work? Well I do, and it seems high time I actually reviews something for a change.

Retaliation | Mission | Earth
Turn: 4 Hand Cost: 1

Target: 1 Jutsu card in your Discard Pile
Effect: Move the target to the top of your deck.

Pros:
- Recursion, which seems to be this week's theme.
- Charges Chakra (Mission)

Cons:
- Turn 4
- You're losing a draw
- Situational

I'll be short with this one. Recursion is nice, as is the natural chakra burst you get from using a mission. Now I'm just describing my decks here, but I often find mission space is at a premium, and that I don't want to waste it on jutsu recursion. I want my missions, when I use them, to hit hard and give me some sort of definite advantage. The fact that you're losing a draw also hurts, as late game you want every card you can in order to end the match as soon as possible. After all, the longer the game goes the more chances your opponent has to wrongfoot and eventually defeat you.

Constructed: 2.5/5 - I just don't see a use for it.

Limited: 3/5 - I could see it being used here, when you've got that single copy of a rare jutsu you need to to re-use.

Art: 2/5 - Meh.
