Well, for just starting out, you seem to have a firm grasp
on good deck building. Fire/Water was one of the original
strong combinations, but there is a problem with it now
a days. Both styles have so many strong cards that there just
isn't enough room in the deck to fit everything in.
Monowater and Mono fire tend to be stronger. However, I will
try to fix your deck as a fire/water. Just try to take that
into consideration.

With these fixes, the deck should be able to use its jutsu a
lot easier and can have more control over the game. The
Konohamaru allow easy access to your high level ninjas and
can give you a beastly turn 2 Orochimaru. Try these fixes
