Theoretical NetNavi Costing Matrix Here's an interesting thread whose author came to a near identical "costing" system for a NetNavi's attributes. This is helpful since it tells you how "valuable" a lot of special effects of Navi's are supposed to be. Take ElecMan, for example. The costing system in play means that a point of strength is worth a point of Defense. A point of Defense or Strength is worth negative two points of Blast. The baseline is 2/2/2. So ElecMan is -1S, -2D, and -1B (which would be offset by a half point reduction in either Strength of Defense).
