Ok, this deck is designed to drop some fast burn in the form of shocks and bolts NOT SEALS and hit the opponent hard. The seals are to be used only when the opponents life is low enouph that that will kill them. Flame Rifts are used to quickly drop the opponents life total. The price of progress is to hurt non-basic heavy decks and quake is to kill green decks.
